Low Testosterone Treatment in Broken Arrow — built around your labs, not your age.

Fatigue, weight gain, low libido, and brain fog that your doctor calls “normal aging.” It's not. We run the full picture and build a protocol around your labs.

Symptoms we address

Low T looks different for every man.

Energy

Fatigue & low drive

Not just tired — a flat, unmotivated exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. Testosterone drives mitochondrial energy production.

Body composition

Weight gain & muscle loss

Fat accumulates around the middle. Muscle becomes harder to build and easier to lose. Testosterone and insulin resistance are both involved.

Mood

Irritability & low mood

Testosterone supports serotonin and dopamine. When it drops, mood, patience, and motivation often follow.

Cognition

Brain fog & focus

Difficulty concentrating, slower recall, and mental fatigue that wasn't there before. Hormone-related, not just stress.

Libido

Low sex drive & ED

Testosterone is the primary driver of male libido. Erectile dysfunction often has a hormonal component that gets missed.

Sleep

Poor sleep quality

Low testosterone disrupts sleep architecture. Men with low T often report waking unrefreshed even after a full night.

Strength

Reduced strength & recovery

Workouts that used to produce results stop working. Recovery takes longer. Testosterone is central to muscle protein synthesis.

Metabolic

Thyroid & metabolic issues

Thyroid dysfunction is common in men with low T. We assess both together — they interact in ways that standard panels miss.

Cardiovascular

Cardiovascular risk factors

Low testosterone is associated with increased cardiovascular risk. Optimizing T levels is part of a comprehensive metabolic strategy.

Testosterone replacement therapy

Corrected, monitored, and adjusted to how you actually feel.

TRT isn't about hitting a number on a lab range — it's about finding the level where you feel and function best. We titrate based on symptoms and labs together, not just reference ranges.

We monitor estradiol, hematocrit, PSA, and other markers throughout your protocol to keep your care safe and effective. Adjustments are made at every visit based on current labs.

Telehealth available statewide. Most follow-up visits for established TRT patients can be done by telehealth across Oklahoma. Labs can be drawn locally — we work with national lab networks.

What we monitor

Total & free testosterone

Both matter. Free testosterone is the biologically active fraction — often low even when total T looks normal.

Estradiol (E2)

Testosterone converts to estrogen. We monitor and manage this conversion to prevent side effects.

Hematocrit & hemoglobin

TRT can increase red blood cell production. We track this to keep your cardiovascular risk in check.

PSA

Prostate-specific antigen is monitored throughout TRT. We follow established safety protocols.

Thyroid & metabolic markers

Thyroid, insulin, and lipid panels are part of your ongoing monitoring — not just a one-time baseline.

Beyond testosterone

The full picture.

Thyroid support

Thyroid dysfunction is common in men with low T and often overlooked. We assess TSH, free T3, free T4, and reverse T3 — not just TSH.

Medical weight loss

Insulin resistance and low testosterone reinforce each other. We address both together — metabolic support alongside hormone imbalance correction.

Gut health

Gut health affects hormone metabolism, nutrient absorption, and inflammation. We assess and address gut function as part of your protocol when indicated.

Genetic blueprint

Nutrigenomic testing reveals how your body metabolizes testosterone, responds to specific supplements, and processes key nutrients — allowing deeper personalization.

IV therapy

Provider-ordered IV support for energy, recovery, and nutrient repletion. Available to established patients as a clinical add-on.

Adrenal & cortisol support

Chronic stress suppresses testosterone production. We assess cortisol patterns and support adrenal function when the pattern warrants it.
