Appropriate for lower-acuity presentations — men's health and TRT, isolated thyroid optimization, insulin resistance, anemia, and women who are already stable and optimized on an established hormone protocol. Quarterly monitoring is the right cadence when active adjustment is no longer required.

Thrive

Appropriate for higher-acuity presentations — BHRT in progress, perimenopause, and any patient managing multiple active systems simultaneously. Monthly monitoring is the clinically necessary cadence for these presentations. The complexity of women's hormonal health requires it.

Elevate

How the consult works: Your consult delivers a written protocol — lab orders, treatment roadmap, and clinical recommendations. Prescription fulfillment requires membership enrollment or a standalone prescription initiation fee. The consult itself has standalone value; the credit rewards commitment.

A limited, invitation-only mobile IV membership for a select group of patients. Each drip is ordered by Rebekah following a monthly evaluation to ensure the formulation is medically appropriate for you that month. The Restore Circle is an invitation-only program — not publicly available for self-enrollment. If you believe you may be a candidate, ask about it on your Clarity Call.
