Hormone optimization. Metabolic health. Personalized protocols. Built around your biology — not a template designed for someone else.
"We find what others miss."
You've been told your labs are normal. You've left appointments with no answers, no plan, and a growing suspicion that nobody is looking hard enough.
We know that feeling — because our founder lived it. Dismissed. Told she was fine. Until she wasn't. That experience built a different kind of practice.
At Restorative, we look at how your hormones are actually working, how your gut is functioning, what your nutrients are doing, and how all of it connects. Then we build a plan around your life and your biology.
Every patient begins with a complimentary Clarity Call to ensure we're the right fit. Because the right match matters as much as the right protocol.
Explore membership plansYou're in your 40s or early 50s. The fatigue is real. The brain fog is real. You're gaining weight despite doing what worked before and sleeping through the alarm like you haven't since college. Your doctor ran labs and said everything looks fine. You know it doesn't feel fine. You're not looking for someone to agree with you — you're looking for someone who will actually dig.
Low motivation. Harder to build muscle. Sleep that doesn't restore. A libido that went quiet. You've been told your testosterone is in the normal range — but nobody told you what optimal actually looks like, or that there's a meaningful difference. You're not asking to feel 25. You're asking to feel like yourself again.
You've read the books, changed the diet, tried the supplements, and maybe even the antidepressant your doctor suggested when you ran out of other explanations. Some things helped a little. Nothing fixed it. You're not hopeless — you're done with guessing. You want a provider who treats you like a case worth solving, not a symptom worth suppressing.
"I didn't come to Restorative because I wanted to try something new. I came because I had run out of other options that actually worked."
These are the patients we were built for. Not the patient who needs a quick prescription. The patient who needs a provider who will sit with their full story, order the right tests, interpret them in context — and build a protocol that actually matches their biology.
If you've been dismissed before, we want you to know: your symptoms are real. Your labs tell a story that standard ranges don't always capture. And there is usually an answer — it just requires someone willing to look for it.
Start with a free Clarity CallMost patients come to us having already tried the conventional route. What they tell us most often is that this felt different from the first call. Here's why — and here's what to expect.
Every patient begins with a complimentary 15–20 minute Clarity Call with our patient care coordinator. No forms yet. No fees. Just a conversation about what you've been experiencing, what you've already tried, and whether Restorative is genuinely the right fit for where you are.
We turn people away — kindly, and with referrals — when we're not the right match. That honesty is part of the commitment. We'd rather send you somewhere better suited than accept you into a program that won't deliver what you need.
Your intake consult is matched to your membership tier and built around your specific goals. Rebekah reviews your full history — not just your labs — and orders the appropriate panel for your situation. Within days of your results coming back, you'll have a written personalized protocol in your hands.
Not a generic handout. Not "let's try this and see." A specific, documented plan that explains what we found, what it means for you, and exactly what we're going to do about it.
Most patients tell us the consult alone was worth it — that it was the first time a provider had actually explained what was happening in their body.
Membership isn't a subscription to access. It's a structure for real, ongoing clinical progress. Your visits are defined, your communication windows are clear, your labs are built into the rhythm of your care — so nothing falls through the gaps and nobody has to chase anyone down.
As your protocols are dialed in and your results shift, Rebekah adjusts. The goal isn't to keep you on the same dose forever. It's to get you to a place where optimization becomes maintenance — and maintenance starts to feel effortless.
Three tiers built around the clinical complexity of your presentation — not a preference or a price point. All visits are 30 minutes — telehealth or in-person — with injectable testosterone included for all hormone patients. Tier assignment is determined on your Clarity Call based on the level of oversight your specific situation requires. Membership pricing is discussed at that time.
Appropriate for lower-acuity presentations — men's health and TRT, isolated thyroid optimization, insulin resistance, anemia, and women who are already stable and optimized on an established hormone protocol. Quarterly monitoring is the right cadence when active adjustment is no longer required.
Appropriate for higher-acuity presentations — BHRT in progress, perimenopause, and any patient managing multiple active systems simultaneously. Monthly monitoring is the clinically necessary cadence for these presentations. The complexity of women's hormonal health requires it.
For the patient who wants Rebekah available — open visit access, direct cell, after-hours, mobile labs via DLO/Quest, mobile IV, advanced testing suite. White-glove concierge care for patients whose health is a non-negotiable priority.
Before Rebekah builds your protocol, she needs your full picture — not just the numbers, but the story behind them. Your intake consult is the place where that happens. It's where the guessing stops and the actual answers begin.
Each consult is matched to your clinically recommended membership tier — which is determined on your Clarity Call based on your presentation, not your preference. It includes advanced lab testing specific to your situation. Within days of your results arriving, you'll receive a written personalized protocol. Not a list of suggestions — a specific, documented plan. Enroll in membership within 7 days and a credit applies toward your first month.
All IV services require a good faith medical exam prior to treatment, per Oklahoma Board of Nursing guidelines effective March 2026. Exams are valid for one year. Telehealth-friendly and streamlined for established patients.
For patients who want consistent onsite IV therapy without a full clinical membership. Every infusion is ordered by Rebekah Presley, APRN following a monthly clinical assessment and Good Faith Medical Exam — formulation is determined clinically, not by patient self-selection. Compliant with Oklahoma Board of Nursing Policy P-24.
A limited, invitation-only mobile IV membership for a select group of patients. One premium mobile IV per month delivered to your location — with all add-ins included at no extra charge. $249/month, all-inclusive. No per-drip fees. No add-in charges. No surprises. Each drip is ordered by Rebekah following a monthly evaluation to ensure the formulation is medically appropriate for you that month. Service area limited to patients within 30 minutes of the clinic.
Fee-for-service appointments are available on a limited basis in open schedule gaps. Membership patients receive priority scheduling at all times. FFS patients receive the same exceptional clinical care — without the care coordination infrastructure that makes membership valuable.

Most medicine starts with how you feel and tries to work backward. The 3x4 Genetics programs start upstream — at the permanent blueprint that determines how your body processes nutrients, manages inflammation, detoxifies, regulates hormones, and responds to stress. Rebekah interprets your genetic findings and builds every element of your protocol from them: which labs to run, which supplements your pathways actually need, which dietary patterns your variants respond to, and which lifestyle interventions move the needle for your specific biology.
Neither the 6-month nor the 12-month program can begin without a completed Precision Consult. This is not a formality — it is the clinical foundation the entire program is built from. The Precision Consult delivers your 3x4 Blueprint results, your functional metabolic panel, and your choice of DUTCH Complete or GI-MAP, reviewed together by Rebekah in a 60-minute consult with a full written protocol. The genetics program then takes that blueprint and implements it over 6 or 12 months of monthly visits, labs, and iterative protocol refinement.
Supplement costs are separate — purchased through Fullscript at a patient discount. Estimated $80–$300/month depending on genetic findings. Labs are included in the monthly program fee with no additional charges.
Care Credit financing is accepted for both the Precision Consult and your genetics program fees. Promotional no-interest financing periods of 12, 18, and 24 months may be available subject to Care Credit approval — effectively bringing a $10,781 program to as low as $449/month over 24 months, or a $22,163 program to as low as $924/month. Apply at carecredit.com or ask your coordinator for the in-office application.
"I know what it feels like to sit in a doctor's office, describe symptoms that are stealing your quality of life, and be handed a lab report that says everything is normal."
I lived it. Dismissed. Told my labs were fine. Handed explanations that didn't match what I was experiencing in my own body. I eventually had to dig for the answers myself — learning the deeper science of hormone metabolism, thyroid function, and root-cause medicine because nobody was doing it for me.
That experience changed the way I practice. It's the reason Restorative Health and Wellness exists.
I grew up in Broken Arrow, and I've watched people in this community — people I know and love — get the same dismissals I got. Tired but told they're fine. Struggling with weight, mood, brain fog, and energy while being offered antidepressants instead of answers. Perimenopausal women told this is just aging. Men told their testosterone is low-normal and sent home.
My job isn't to manage your symptoms. It's to find out why you have them. And then actually fix it.
When you come to Restorative, you're not a fifteen-minute appointment. You're not a number on a panel. You're a person who deserves a provider who listens, digs deeper, and builds a plan around your life and your biology — not a protocol designed for someone else.
That's what I'm here to do. And it's personal — because I've been exactly where you are.
All IV therapy requires a good faith medical exam prior to treatment, valid for one year. Each IV includes an individual diagnosis to ensure medical appropriateness. Good faith exam: $35 initial · $20 health status update. Telehealth-friendly for established patients. We make compliance simple without making it a burden.
Because the right fit matters as much as the right protocol. Our patient care coordinator will ensure alignment with your goals before any investment is made.
