We appreciate your interest in our clinic, but we are unable to work with Medicare or Medicaid for Primary or Acute Care services due to federal regulations that limit how Direct Primary Care providers can operate with government-funded programs.

However, you can still access IV Therapy and Weight Loss services at our clinic. These are available at transparent, self-pay pricing and do not require insurance or enrollment in a membership plan. We’d love to support your wellness goals through these offerings!

Nope! We operate on a Direct Primary Care model, which means you don’t need insurance to access any of our services. We offer transparent, affordable pricing—no co-pays, no surprise bills.

Our subscription plans include access to Primary Care, Acute Care, and discounts on IV Therapy, labs, and more.

  • Essential Plan: 4 visits/year + discounts

  • Preferred Plan: Unlimited visits + priority scheduling + waived fees

We treat a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Common illnesses (flu, sinus infections, UTIs)

  • Chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, thyroid issues)

  • Low testosterone

  • Weight concerns

  • Dehydration

  • And more—just ask!

Our Mobile IV Therapy team serves:
Broken Arrow, Bixby, Catoosa, Claremore, Coweta, Tulsa, Jenks, and Owasso. We’re also expanding to offer more same-day mobile appointments.

  • New patient visits: ~45 minutes

  • Follow-ups: ~15 minutes (can be extended)
    We never rush. You’ll have time to ask questions and understand your care.

We can order discounted lab panels for members, or you can bring labs from your PCP. For weight loss and men’s health programs, recent labs are required for safe, effective care.
