Effective March 2026, we fully comply with Oklahoma Board of Nursing guidelines requiring a good faith medical exam prior to any IV treatment. This exam is valid for one year unless your health status changes. Each IV also requires its own individual diagnosis to ensure the therapy is medically appropriate and personalized for you. We make the process simple, convenient, and telehealth-friendly with our licensed team.
The cost of the good faith exam is included in the IV cost. The only additional fee is if you require an add-on during your treatment.

Yes, per BON guidelines, we require a good faith exam for all new patients and for our established patients that have any changes in their health status.

Yes, once you establish care and complete your initial good faith exam, your next evaluations will be conducted by phone prior to your IV. This ensures you are getting the right treatment for your symptoms.
